Merit wins North American Thoroughbred of the year, the United States
Dressage Federation All Breed Champion for 3rd level in 2011!!
Twister and Janelle win Open Show Champion at Greeneville October
***Dressage show with a 67.368% at Intermediare One!!! Go Twister!!!!
Twister returns to the show ring in style In August with a win in his first show
back. A 62.895% topped the PSG class at Greeneville, and brought cheers all
around as people watched Twister and Janelle complete the long road of
rehabilitation of Twister's injury. Go Twister!!!
Rachel Coleman is now the proud owner of Zen, a stunning Hanoverian mare
that has taken over the heart of the barn in an instant. Watch for great things as
this pair comes together as a team. Buddy has been graciously donated back to
Maxfield to help teach other riders to reach for the stars.
Westin and Janelle made their PSG premier at Flintridge in May, and complete
their Silver medal at Vacaville in June! Westin now home to Wendy for her to
love and enjoy. Good Luck Wendy and Westin. You are a great team!!!
Merit has qualified for Championships and for North American
Thoroughbred All Breed Award. Go Merit!
Melinda was accepted into UC Davis Vet school, and was successful in
completing her goal of earning her stripes as a qualified riding member at Pebble
Beach on Zack! Go Melinda! You'll be a great vet and we will miss you.
Rachel and Buddy do well at Pebble Beach, and end up earning their first Blue
Ribbon as a team in a First Level One class. Go Rachel and Buddy!
Ashley graduated from Grad school and had a successful ride at Pebble Beach
on Zack. Go Ashley!

Back to work!

Twister is up and running, at least ready to go, and we have hopes to be back in
the show ring in August. Thank you Pioneer Equine for your kind and always
amazing care of our equine partners.

Don't forget the green water cooler is now in the boarder tack room.
The boarder tack room has the water cooler that was the barn's Christmas present.
Please eel free to use at will. There is a space in the tack room for water bottles.
